Have written as free lance writer for a weekly newspaper as primary copy writer and columnist, as well as religious trade journals, technical magazines and promotional, motivational and marketing literature for religious organizations.

Have been a full-time professional motivational public speaker and teacher and have developed and managed a wide variety of results-oriented programs for adults, teenagers and children with proven ability to set and achieve stated objectives.

INTERESTS AND OTHER AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
I have been a clown and a puppeteer and have made numerous children’s, teenage and adult presentations, including drug awareness and motivational programs, on a civic level.  I also enjoy music and sing and play the guitar.  I have spoken in and directed workshops and seminars all over America and overseas in subjects ranging from music to philosophy to puppetry and motivational speaking in addition to my ministry.  I work on the computer in my spare time finding new ways to use my skills.  In Cleveland, Texas, I was on the Board of Directors of local rotary Club, was vice-president of Cleveland, TX, Interfaith Charity Organization and was Pastor for the Day for the 1993 Texas House of Representatives.  newspaper column, and conducted the summer reading program Children’s Hour at several local libraries.  I have been a member of the Lions’ Club, have done school volunteer work, was on the boards of the Community 2000 Goals program and Odessa Community Service Center, am past president of Odessa Ministerial Alliance and Caring Christian Clowns and always actively involved in my community. I have also been a commissioned police officer in Kiefer, OK, with the position of chaplain.

EXPERIENCE:
Worked full-time as minister for congregations in Texas, Tennessee, Washington, Missouri and Nebraska.  A minister’s duties and responsibilities require managing a non-profit organization, human resource management skills, including volunteer management, teaching (adults, teenagers and children), counseling (adults, teenagers and children), administrative skills, organizational skills, planning skills, working to a set budget, public speaking and high level skills in all areas of human relations.  Worked with all age levels including very small children.  Instrumental in the planning and implementation of teenage and children’s programs, involving music, puppetry, motivational learning and one-on-one interaction.
